Please Pray

for my mother...she had been going to the dr and they had rad several tests on her and from the results thought she had some disease that will make her go blind. she had been really worried about that then yesterday when she went back to the dr they told her that she "more than likely" has cancer of the kidney. they are scheduling her an appt to have surgey to have the kidney removed. my mother is the rock of my family, she is the one who holds my family together. she is very upset thinking that she has cancer and that is going to go blind. i am very upset and the only thing i can do is pray that all goes well, please keep my mother in your prayers. thanks

that sucks and ill certainly say a prayer for her......but im confused about one thing......if they said she likely has lung cancer.......what does her kidney have to do anything?

not trying to sound like a [richard].....but im really confused

didn't mean to type lung, has nothing to do with the lung ...it is the kidney

that does suck

thankfully the kidney isnt as bad as other places especially if its caught early enough

Definetly praying for her and your family. I used to work at a cancer center and have seen for myself what prayer and faith can do. Keep us updated.

The power of prayer is why, 10 years later, I still have my mother. Cancer is a cruel disease, but if they caught this in time, she could live a healthy life with just the one kidney. I don't know you personally, but I will pray for you and will pass this along to my friends in other churches. Even if we don't know your name, God does. May the Lord bless her with good health and may he surround you and your family with peace and hope in this time and the rest of your days.
